Yes — chlorine, acid, stabilizer, and basic balancing chemicals are included in every plan. Specialty products like algaecide or clarifiers are billed at cost, and only when needed.
How quickly can service start?
Most new customers get their first weekly visit within 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? We can often squeeze in a same-week start — just ask.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Never. Every plan is month-to-month. Pause for vacation, skip a week, or cancel anytime — no fees, no guilt trips.
